Graphic Design
I leverage a variety of tools to create digital assets, with Adobe Photoshop being my primary software for more complex projects. For streamlined tasks, I utilize Canva, and I also incorporate Procreate on the iPad for versatile, on-the-go design work. In my freetime I enjoy drawing for my own personal use.

Email Marketing
At Pittsburgh Technical College, my marketing team collaborated with Anthology Reach to leverage its CRM for our outreach efforts. I built targeted email campaigns tailored to prospective students, current students, and alumni, each email being personalized with relevent information based on the current point of their educational journeys. Additionally, I integrated Google Analytics, APIs, and UTM links to track performance and optimize our strategies.
